We went out on a cool day to check out Dickinson park, what we thought may be a big picnic-like setting. Instead we found something a little smaller than a park, a playground really. If you're in the area, it might be a place to sit and have a sandwich on the side of the road - but it isn't much from what we could tell. Kids will find enough to do, but the adults will find seating areas lacking.
A lovely field and a gradually descending hilltop. The playarea below is next to the quiet road.
Everything appeared in great order for children to play on, but we didn't see too many places for adults to sit down and chat while babysitting. These climbing areas are pretty wild, though - see below:

Overall, a great park for the kids but it seemed to lack seating for adults. Maybe pop open the back of your van and sit while they play? Probably a nice place to BBQ with fam, if the neighbors won't mind.
